Our people

We are Paul Cronin and Andrew Bysterveldt — two experienced disability support workers who think so far outside the box, we’re not sure the box still exists.

Andrew Bysterveldt

Director (also known as Master of Adventure)

Andrew may hold the title of Director, but around here he prefers “Master of Adventure.” He is the creative force behind the big ideas that turn into real-life experiences — adventures like Summer of Speedway, Mission Red Centre Nats, and Tour de SuperCars.

Andrew is a member of the Australasian Society of Intellectual Disability and brings strong academic foundations to his work. He holds a Master of Human Service, Graduate Certificate in Case Management, Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Community Services, and Certificate IV in Disability.

But don’t picture him sitting behind a desk.

Andrew works directly alongside the people we support, bringing his qualifications, creativity and commitment into everyday life. He believes every person deserves exceptional support — support that is thoughtful, ambitious and deeply person-centred.

Paul Cronin

Manager of Operations (also known as Master of Fun)

Paul may officially be our Manager of Operations, but his true title is “Master of Fun.”

While Andrew is dreaming up the next big adventure, Paul is the steady, dependable presence ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly. He makes learning practical life skills enjoyable and meaningful, turning ordinary moments into opportunities for growth and confidence.

With nearly 40 years of experience as a support worker, Paul brings calm expertise to every situation. He holds a Diploma of Community Services and Certificate III in Disability.

Whether navigating illness, life transitions, or important conversations, Paul’s experience and steady approach mean you can feel safe, supported and understood.

Together, Paul and Andrew combine big-picture thinking with grounded experience — creating support that is adventurous, capable and genuinely person-led.
